Neural Beans is a small-batch coffee roastery in Coral Gables, Miami. Nothing on this page is roasted before you order it: the beans go into the roaster after your order lands and leave the roastery within one to two business days, with the roasted-on date printed on the bag.

Premium Colombian single-origin, never commodity blends

We buy Colombian arabica in small lots and cup every one of them before it reaches the roaster. One origin, one roast profile, no filler, which is why a bag of Baseline tastes the same in March as it does in November.

Whole bean or ground, ground to order

Pick your grind on any product page and we grind it right before packing. Sizes run from Sprint 8 oz, around 20 espressos, through Baseline 12 oz at roughly 30, up to Deep Work 14 oz at about 35.

Local pickup in Miami, delivery across the United States

If you are in Miami or Coral Gables you can choose local pickup at checkout and we will arrange a time with you. Everywhere else in the United States ships for $6, and shipping is free once the order passes $35. To keep it automatic, the Monthly Sync Plan sends a fresh 14 oz bag every month for $19, and you can pause or cancel it in one click.
