Before you order
Where do the beans come from?
Single-origin Colombian arabica, bought in small lots and cupped before it ever reaches the roaster.
How fresh is the coffee I receive?
Nothing sits on a shelf. Every bag is roasted after your order lands and leaves our Coral Gables roastery within one to two business days.
Whole bean or ground?
Both. Pick your preference on the product pages and we grind to order, right before packing.
Do you ship outside Miami?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States for $6, and shipping is free once your order passes $35. If you are in Miami or Coral Gables, you can also select local pickup at checkout and we will arrange a time with you.
Which size should I start with?
Sprint 8 oz is about twenty espressos, Baseline 12 oz around thirty, Deep Work 14 oz roughly thirty-five. Most people settle on Baseline.
Can coffee arrive automatically each month?
The Monthly Sync Plan sends a 14 oz bag of Colombian beans on a set rhythm. Adjust, pause or stop it whenever you like.
